Erin says of herself, “I have been involved in education for the past 25 years, as a volunteer in a public school in North Philadelphia, a substitute and private school teacher in South Bend, IN, an ELL instructor, an English and French Immersion teacher in Tacoma, an instructional coach and AVID (see avid.org) teacher in Spokane, an assistant state superintendent and a school district director. I have worked in White communities, Black communities, and some of the most diverse communities in the nation.”
Erin provides support and training to K-12 and higher education, public service, private sector and faith-based organization/church staff around issues related to culturally-responsive practice and cross-cultural communication. She delivers keynote speeches to a variety of audiences, from K-12 to higher ed to faith-based to professional conferences. Her passion is to devoting skills and talents to helping each person she comes in contact become their best self.
